Even in the desert, Stand Up Paddle Surfing (SUP) is becoming the latest fitness fad. Just outside of the Las Vegas metro area, you can rent Stand Up Paddle Boards on Lake Las Vegas, or you can rent them on Lake Mead (larger and choppier).
